Title: I had a dream... Post by: AlrightJack on August 11, 2008, 05:18:03 PM Perhaps it's because I've been ill for the last few days and perhaps it's also because of the guilt I'm feeling about missing the last two days of the GUKPT in Luton (due to this illness), but I had the most bizarre dream last night, involving various people from the poker world.
It started off with me walking into a greasy spoon cafe to get a bite to eat (my illness has basically caused me to feel perpetually hungry, without being able to actually eat, as nothing has been staying down) and being confronted by Willie Tann, who was livid about me having mispelled his name on the GUKPT results page. He chased me out of the cafe and I found shelter by going into a house nearby, which had it's front door open. I wandered around this house and found a secret door to a cellar, which had a collection of rare butterflies in it. As I re-emerged from the cellar I heard the owner coming back into the house. I hid, but managed to see that it was Catman and he was with his other half Catgirl. They were talking about 'the plan' being nearly complete. I waited untll they had gone into a room then made a dash for it. Outside I spotted a black cab and hailed it down. The driver was none other than Paul Parker. Boy was I glad to see him, so I got in the back and he drove me away. However, he then turned off the meter and I became paranoid that he was going to overcharge me, even though all he wanted to talk about was tournament structures. At this point I woke up...
