Yep and Tilt sign Richard Ashby this last week too.

Pretty soon, Stars and Tilt will have signed everyone and fighting to get the last signature of Mark Strahan.

Yep and Tilt sign Richard (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=367) Ashby (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=367) this last week too.

Nearly, he is a red name, gets good rakeback but is not sponsored.

So its just the hourly rate/rakeback he gets then? Is he not a member of 'Team Full Tilt' and thus cant sign with anyone else?

Not going to go into the details of it as i don't know if he wants the whole world knowing but it's like a lot of the FTP pro's they are not sponsored by FTP.

yeah its getting a bit too much of a monopolised market in terms of the big boys. Doubt it will be too long before the sponsorship dries up. Would be helpful for one or two of the others to explode (possibly by dominating china 1st?) and make it a bit more competitive imo.

Not sure why we wouild want poker sponsorship to be competative as such, it doesnt benefit the customers. That said, a Stars vs Tilt invitational would be very good TV and I hereby patent the idea.

In terms of a 3rd poker room exploding, that would be the iPoker network most likely, which as we all know is some 50 poker skins and thus, not really gonna win a sponsorship war.
