I don't think he'll win as I backed him to win outright before his quarter final and I tend to have a habit of close but no cigar in this sort of situation. Hope he does though and not just because of the tidy little profit I stand to make.

After Dubai, when Murray beat him, he was far from class. He spoke pish about Murray having not improved at all and made excuses for losing the match. Then i think the French or Wimbledon he was moaning about Nadal taking too long on his shots. Fair enough its only a couple of times but i always get the impression he doesn't give his opponents much respect when speaking about them.

Think its over now, he's playing too good.

Federer = best tennis player to grace game.
I watched him at Wimbledon for 2 hours on practise courts and he is so natural and light on his feet.

If Murray can get his head together he may just knick this set but needs to save 3 break points eeek.

Federer was unbelieavable in parts, Murray couldn't handle it.

to be honest, Federer was fkin awesome there .. at his best imo.

Murray will be proud of his tournament after he gets over the immediate disappointment of losing the final, Lets hope he gets hungry for the slam finals now he has tasted it.

[  ] Tough prediction

It was only a few months ago that Murray just didn't have the physical strength to compete with the best.

In the last couple of months he's won a few times unexpectedly against better opponents, but has always followed it up with a disappointing performance ( from his viewpoint ).

He's hopefully got a long career ahead on him.  Times on his side, at least as far as Fed is concerned. 

Murray has proved he can compete, now it's just a case of keeping fit, and gaining experience.  He'll get there.
