Is it only me, or does anyone else have zero interest in 50x bb starting stack 6-max crapshoots?

Kudos to Booder for posting them, and Laddies for sponsoring it, and great prize pool etc etc

but the format...yuk!

These are programmes for people who only have a passing interest in poker - ie they don't have an internet account yet so might join Ladbrokes after watching it.

Poker connoisseurs have been spoilt by watching the cash games on TV. Once you've seen the Negreanu v Hansen hand from HSP, all made for TV tournament poker is a bit crap in comparison.

It's a shame the GUKPT still aren't being televised.

So very hard to take this commentary seriously with the usual terminology and Abi at the table. I don't think a quote is required, but it's suitably deadpan and making me giggle like a small child.

(Hello btw, am long time lurker, rare poster).

I'm off to put my chest into a grow bag,so I can display a pair of tits like Abi Titmus, then next year Laddies will put me in the celeb show.
To think she was a nurse...................................that would have made all my hospital stays produce the crispist sheets in the NHS.

I think Michelle was surprised I wasn't in this heat as she called the winner Indestructible!  :D

rotflmfao

one outer - was very cruel.  He took it well though.
the KK vs QQ hand was cring worthy - bth checking down low flop on turn and river.

You can always nail John Leslie on camera for the fame, just lie back and think of celeb poker.

I wonder if Jesse May was born without the ability to control the volume of his voice?

Honestly, you're sitting downstairs watching this with the volume on 15, wife and kids upstairs in bed, then up pops Jesse 100 decibels louder when the flop is delivered and vaguely connects with one of the players...

To be honest, it would be nice just to watch it with the table talk rather than Jesse and Roy delivering the same tired old cliches, a la Poker After Dark

yeah the A6 hand of Matusow versus the AQ with Duthie was good example of that.
The guy I picked to win pre show did - no give away for those who sky+d it.
