I'm going up to DTD for the sky thing and booked hotel last night. Decided to travel up today and play the £75 tonight so wanted to amend my booking to include tonight. After finally getting through to someone she told me best thing to do was just make another 1 night booking and she'd put me through to the sales team. in the time I was holding to speak to them I made the booking on t'internet. Hate wasted time!!!
