Thought you should know!" yeah, it sounds like Galveston is going to get hit very badly - & they think that a good few people decided to ride the storm out. They've been told to write their social security numbers on their arms for identification & that they face "almost certain death!" Why would people risk their lives when up against Mother Nature?
