As for the hand surely despite being oop this is still a 3 bet pre.I also would be getting it in if it weren't already pre on that flop just unlucky he's hit his set.

Yeah, 3 bet pre...but not loads wrong done after that really. I guess the problem is a shove on the turn is only getting called by a better hand or perhaps AJ or AQ. You could check turn to control size of the pot, but in this case I think you'd still end up losing all your chips assuming guy bet it appropriately...

Personally I dont think the call pre is such a bad thing early in tourney. Wait to see what the flop brings.

Maybe bet the flop but certainly imo if you check raise the turn it needs to be bigger - about 800 to remove any flush draws. With the size of your bet I think it's easy call here for both opps here whatever their holdings , and you still don't know where you are. First to play that's a problem for future streets.

Having said that, I dont think theres anyway you could put the villain on TT. He had two opportunities to raise on the flop. I would have put Jurgei on perhaps AQ,AJ, KK,QQ or JJ , and Local - AQ,AJ, JJ, suited connected  clubs or A rag clubs.

So you have to bet reasonbly big on the turn to get to get Local off a probable draw. If you bet 900 the other 1000 is going in anyway - might as well shove imo.

I would normally 3bet pre and get it in if I could... As played I dont like the turn shove, checking behind should alllow you to get a bet paid off on river from  AJ/AQ type hands, I wouldn't be too woried about a flush draw as Axcc would surely jam over your flop c/r?

This early in the tournament I prefer to flat AK to early raises whether ip or oop. However, here the raise is from middle position so his raise is wider. Also, when the small blind calls you don't want to play oop multi-way so I do suggest a 3bet here to 12BBS. Although I hate getting 50BBS+ in pre-flop with AK but here to have to try and get it HU whether it's oop or not.

When the flop comes it is extremely draw heavy. I would prefer a donk here on the flop. The board is so wet, that you don't want the PFR checking back with his gutterballs and 10's here, so I'd lead for 2/3. c/r'ing is ok because we're likely to be a 2-1 favourite if we get in here. When they both call or c/r then i'm thinking they've hit this board.

Turn bricks off and you've built a big pot 3-way with 1 pair. Here, I would probably slow down and check back for control even if I risk a bad turn card hitting. Shoving here is when your only getting called by better hands.

River. Had I checked back the river(assuming PFR checks too), I would analyse the Sb's play. If he leads, then I would probably have to muck it. If he busted his draw then he's unlikely to lead out into 2 people when you've shown a lot of strength on the flop. If he checks, I would probably check too and call a half pot bet from the PFR as he could be doing this with busted draws.

Pre-flop was meh because I don't like this hand multi-way, flop is good, turn is not good because like I said. Folding out worse, getting called by better
