Does it have to be live? if not you should be able to watch the full show shortly after on the itv website (via a proxy if needed)

Itv.com also does live streaming, so you could try runninf that through a proxy

all chanels i been trying itv.com bbci player ect says you cannot view in cyprus.
last year we used to pay monthly to liveuktv but the got closed down,

a proxy will basically skip your problem of not being able to view in cyprus, ill look for some 1sec

Not sure what that is, im pretty sure you dont need to download anyting to use a proxy though.

If you can wait  an hour or so, it will be on some torrent sites and rapidshare, then it'll probably take 30mins to 1hour to download depending on your speed

Really?  What sort of broadband connections did you have?

A proxy server is just a site that you use to connect to other sites that blankets your ip address.  You just go to the proxy site and then type in the url of where you want to go on the site, there will be a box where you put it in.  Whether or not it lets you view country restricted programs or not I'm not sure but it would make sence that ITVplayer (or whoever) needs to see an IP in order to ban it so no IP, no viewing.  That last bit is just a theory though, I don't know for sure.

That aside, I'm no help I'm afraid.   www.myp2p.eu has some tv streams but I'm not sure if it will show ITV or not.
