I am MP holding Ad Ahrt. UTG, Seat 2&3 fold seat 4 call, I raise 200 6&7 fold button calls sb& bb fold seat 4 calls pot 675. FLOP Qh Tc 8d, seat 4 check i bet 400, button calls seat 4 folds pot . 1475 TURN 4h i bet 800 he calls pot 3075, (his stack his around 5500) RIVER Td What would be the optimum play from here Many thanks NEVES. Check calling is probably the line, but there's no way oppo can bet too much in this spot. Pot is 7k+ and we have about 2k back. I'd prefer if he put as all-in than if he bet 1k in fact. For all the times you're going to pay-off villain's full house, 9-J or 10 you will need to make chips from hands like K-J when you're ahead. So you need to give hands that would fold to a bet the opportunity to bluff at the pot to compensate you.
