Title: Roy Keane Post by: Colchester Kev on December 06, 2008, 10:54:18 AM The new chairman of the company that owns Sunderland, Per-Magnus Andersson, says Keane's "unstable personality" made him unsuitable for management.
No shit sherlock ... You dont need to be a psychiatrist to form that opinion. Also there were reports that the Sunderland players cheered when they heard the news. Title: Re: Roy Keane Post by: Colchester Kev on December 06, 2008, 11:00:11 AM Blackburn boss Paul Ince says there is a campaign against managers like himself and Roy Keane by people "out to get us". (Various)

Title: Re: Roy Keane Post by: Longy on December 06, 2008, 11:03:16 AM Keane is clearly a headcase apparantly it was an event if he was actually at training and I wouldn't want my club to touch with a bargepole and we are pretty desperate.
Whereas i think Ince is getting an unfair time of it and will prove to be a good manager in future years. Whereas i think Ince is FYP ;) Title: Re: Roy Keane Post by: Pelham Boy on December 06, 2008, 12:43:31 PM No one was making any comments about Keane when he was taking Sunderland from the bottom to the top of the championship. He did ok last season, staying up is no mean achievement for a promoted club.
As for not being at training very often, what difference does that make? Martin O'Neill rarely attends training, and he seems to have done a reasonable job over the last 15 years. I'm sure Keane knows he has made mistakes, but i think he will prove himself a very good manager. Title: Re: Roy Keane Post by: DaveShoelace on December 06, 2008, 01:45:20 PM I reckon Keane quit last week partially because he didnt want Ferguson to hand his ass to him today against Man U.
Title: Re: Roy Keane Post by: TheChipPrince on December 06, 2008, 05:05:29 PM IMO Keane did a cracking job, but he's a perfectionist and when the going gets tough the Keano gets going...

A wouldn't go as far as to say cracking considering how much money he spent over 70m i believe and i'm not just being biased he probs be a decent manager if he takes over elsewhere but for now lololol only thing to be happy about considering how much of a joke we are so sick Title: Re: Roy Keane Post by: sweet potata! on December 07, 2008, 11:11:03 AM Keane is clearly a headcase apparantly it was an event if he was actually at training and I wouldn't want my club to touch with a bargepole and we are pretty desperate.
