Flopped nut straight put a pot sized raise on the flop to discourage the flush draw pot sized bet on the turn to discourage the flush draw I don't really need to finish what the river gave do I. (It wasn't even a good flush - 7 high :( ) Title: Re: 3 for the deepstack Post by: amcgrath1uk on December 06, 2008, 05:42:39 PM sigh
AJ on an AJx flop.... 77 decided it would be a good time to go all in no guesses for the turn card... Title: Re: 3 for the deepstack Post by: Jon MW on December 06, 2008, 06:03:49 PM After that earlier tangle with my flush chasing opposition I've been grinding my stack back up.
At the first break, I'm very nearly back up to my starting stack :D Onwards and Upwards Title: Re: 3 for the deepstack Post by: Jon MW on December 06, 2008, 06:20:39 PM Well that was no fun.
in consecutive hands (starting from being on the button) 10,10 - A9 - A9 - A10 - 88 One way or another that cost me about 95 big blinds and I'm out :( Thanks for the staking even if it did all go pear shaped. |
