Depends how they structure the payoff. Some go for the security of full amount over time, others go for a lump sum, usually about 30-40% but depending on length n value. The top ones obviously go for the lump sum.

LOL. Amazingly enough, not every board in world football will take it's opinions on managers from the English media. Believe it or not some managers are considered a success when they achieve things outside of the EPL!

If Ramos makes it past the summer I think he'll do well.
