Title: ninjavideo.net help Post by: scotty2hatty on December 17, 2008, 06:23:07 PM Having problems watching anything on ninja at the moment so was wondering if anyone was having the same problem or knows of a solution.
When I click to launch the NinjaVideo Helper the thing pops up but then the second box which usually pops up where you need to hit 'run' or the like doesn't pop up meaning none of the videos work. Try it on a different browser and see if that works maybe?? It worked fine up until a few weeks ago and now just doesn't work at all, on IE or Firefox.
As for getting the window to pop up asking you to run the helper it must be set in some default in the settings somewhere. Maybe mess about with the settings or reset everything to default.
