Title: Should I Bet This River?
Post by: snoopy1239 on January 13, 2009, 02:06:08 AM
£0.50/1
6-handed no limit Hold'em
Hero = £170, Villain = £165
Villain makes it £3 from UTG+1, Mateyboy flats button, Hero reraises to £13 with Qh Qd in the big blind. Villain calls, Mateyboy passes.
Flop = 7d 7h 8d
Hero bets £21, Villain calls.
Turn = 6c
Hero bets £45
Villain calls.
River = Kc
Villain has around £85 remaining.

Little is known about villain. Having played with him before, but I haven't seen him do anything out of the ordinary. Doesn't appear to be a muppet, but can't say for certain if he's a good player.

Theres definitely a thin value bet out there, with whats in the pot, bet £20 and plan to call a shove.
