Title: BGB Southern Premier Betting Experiment
Post by: Jedwick on January 30, 2009, 10:54:35 PM
I follow my local team, Rugby Town, in the BGB southern premier league and i have had a flutter every now and then and seemed to do alright. i go to every game and see all the teams play and have come to the conclusion that there is massive value in betting on this league. bookies dont have local team news knowledge and seem to just price the games up on league position. So starting with tomorrow I am going to flag up and value bets and keep track on this thread. GL me!!

Corby-Bashley   1point Bashley to win at 11-2

Banbury-Yate    2points Yate win at 6-4

Hitchin-Clevedon   1point Clevedon win at 11-5

In the Southern League,

Halesowen are 11/10 to beat Bedford town

this is a straightforward mispricing, Halesowen are a clear odds on shot. I know my stuff in this league sadly, being involved with Bedford Town who are missing their two most experienced players and are appalling away from home

Please pile on, I have.

(famous last words)

Any league rules about backing against a team you are involved with tighty? Thanks for the tip :-) Sounds a bit Harry Redknapp to me.

Not an official on the League rules, my role is voluntary and, ahem, behind the scenes

usually I think of the majors, but then again I don't tend to look elsewhere

Betfair price them up too, but the prices are usually far more efficient and volumes low

coral put prices up for this league! wasnt the greastest start to a thread but i think it was a little unlucky!

Neil King is still with us, we signed him from woodford, do u know him or seen him play? i'll hear your opinion first before i comment!
