Title: Saturday's football Post by: Matt50 on January 31, 2009, 12:33:46 AM I am not around tomorrow so thought i would get my bets sorted early for saturday.
Championship - Ipswich to beat Plymouth. Ipswich seem to be finding a bit of form and Plymouth are struggling lately so 1.71 seems quite high for a home win. The Championship can be so unpredictable but i really fancy a home win here. League 1 - Peterboro to beat Huddersfield. Huddersfield are inconsistent and Peterboro score goals for fun, so this one looked like good value at 2.92 Conference - Eastbourne Borough to beat Mansfield. Eastbourne have won 4 out of 4 in January and should be a lot lower than 2.38 in my opinion. Oxford to beat Lewes (Sunday) Lewes are the wipping boys of the league and Oxford really need a win to get back in amongst the play-offs. 0.5pts - Ipswich to beat Plymouth @ 1.71 0.5 pts - Peterboro to beat Huddersfield @ 2.92 0.5 pts - Eastbourne to beat Mansfield @ 2.38 1 pt - Oxford to beat Lewes @ 1.34 Title: Re: Saturday's football Post by: amcgrath1uk on January 31, 2009, 12:41:58 AM I've got a VERY bad feeling Stoke will turn over Man City tomorrow... hope I'm wrong obv!

Well your boys let me down big time throwing away a 2 goal lead!!!! JUst found a bit of value in the lunchtime match with Stoke to beat Man City, draw no bet @ 2.76 Man City's away form will always give you hope of this one winning. Title: Re: Saturday's football Post by: kukushkin88 on January 31, 2009, 12:19:59 PM I agree that Stoke are probably a bit of value. My sole footbal bet of the day is Sheffield Wednesday, hoping to get 2-1 later when people start punting Birmingham to get out of it from the earlier games, already have a bit on at 15-8.
Title: Re: Saturday's football Post by: Rookie (Rodney) on January 31, 2009, 12:23:45 PM I fancy a draw in the Sheff Weds game. Might be backing that to get out myself!
Title: Re: Saturday's football Post by: Josedinho on January 31, 2009, 12:28:31 PM Man City
Blackburn Burnley Forest Swansea Leeds Around 285/1 with stan james Forest are 11/2 and are unbeaten in 6 and won 5 of them. I'd take that price whoever they were playing in this league. Title: Re: Saturday's football Post by: rossfourfive on January 31, 2009, 12:32:09 PM Aston Villa
Tottenham Blackburn and Hearts Hibs Dundee Utd or draw (2.81 - amazing price, utd always get something against Rangers (instabok)) Title: Re: Saturday's football Post by: Teacake on January 31, 2009, 12:42:08 PM I'm on under 2.5 goals Stoke/Man City (9/10) & Fulham to beat Portsmouth (evens)
