..but a particularly stubborn piece on plasterboard only dented. So I tried throwing the cordless phone as hard as I could at the metal staircase. It rebounded and the battery cover came off....but no damage. I'm running so bad I can't even break stuff.

headbutt a door, not a fire door preferably but a standard living room door thats got that hollowed out shit in it, you have to commit though, if you dont break it it'll hurt more(something about Newton or some shit like i wasnt really paying attention) though i do have experience in the field of headbutting doors.

You could have tried my laptop.  I managed it no problem on Sunday night, nuckle cracked screen into a zillion pieces.  Sore nuckle, no laptop no more, deffoa a FML moment.
