Can someone answer a few questions about DT (http://www.dusktilldawnpoker.com/)D (http://www.dusktilldawnpoker.com/). I have never been but planning to go for the next 300 game. 1. How much is the rake in cash games 2. With so many players for the 300 game, are some of the dealers players 3. Do the charge for soft drinks 4.
