(More like hyaaaaooge imo) Different people mean different things by 'tip'. Some people deem a tip something which they have inside info on and is a dead cert and others might consider a tip something that they just fancy to win and then there's obviously everything inbetween. Obv ACE doesn't have to say what his info is or where/who he got it from but the a,b,c,d category would definitely help me decide to what extent I'm gonna do my balls on this.
