TBH having this available doesnt stop me going to games as watching a game on a small choppy screen<<<<watching my team in a stadium with a bit of atmosphere! Title: Re: Pool v Citeh link? Post by: Colchester Kev on February 22, 2009, 04:13:27 PM Sighhhhhhhhh Indy will be unbearable !
Title: Re: Pool v Citeh link? Post by: Longy on February 22, 2009, 04:18:19 PM Man U, can start fielding the reserves for premiership matches now.
Title: Re: Pool v Citeh link? Post by: Hairydude on February 22, 2009, 04:19:31 PM Leagues done if it stays like this(if it wasnt really already)-man U are too strong-dont think they will drop many more points....
Must be a bitter pill to swallow for the scousers though as its the first year in ages they have genuinely looked like contenders- just spazzed out in too many stupid games! Title: Re: Pool v Citeh link? Post by: Colchester Kev on February 22, 2009, 04:22:05 PM they have a manager that doesnt have a clue about winning the prem ... he is the reason Liverpool arent seriously challenging Utd.
Too many wank team selections ... And a team that cannot play without Gerrard. Title: Re: Pool v Citeh link? Post by: Colchester Kev on February 22, 2009, 04:41:31 PM 1-1 ... game on.

Too many wank team selections ... And a team that cannot play without Gerrard. Going from 4th to 2nd in one season is a good step forwards (if we finish 2nd). No team has ever gone from 4th to Champions since the prem began. To be blunt, it's not possible in today's game. Every new winner has been 2nd the year before they win it. Starting to agree about some of the team selections though. Title: Re: Pool v Citeh link? Starting to agree about some of the team selections though. If Chelski have a run in like last season you will be struggling to hold onto 3rd. If Arsenal get their stars fit in the next month or so they could also come with a rattle and challenge Liverpool for 3rd place. Title: Re: Pool v Citeh link? Personally i reckon big additions are needed to get close. Title: Re: Pool v Citeh link? Post by: Hairydude on February 22, 2009, 05:04:18 PM Not forgetting,or dismissing, Villa who are on the ascendancy if they can hold onto their stars..and add a few too!

Personally i reckon big additions are needed to get close. We blatantly need decent additions or we'd be top, but the spine is there and we're much better vs the top teams this season. I think Chelsea are on the decline and most of the league takes points off each other. The ONLY stand out team is Utd with depth as well as quality. We've played badly for all of the season bar a few games and we're second. Closer to the top side than ever before at this stage. We're playing well within ourselves right now. If we outdid ourselves we'd go very close. We also need cover for the likes of Gerrard and Torres. Utd have cover everywhere. The biggest factor in us being 2nd is the money needed to bridge the gap. Rafa's such a donkey If chelsea and arsenal wernt flopping so bad liverpool would struggle for champions league what with villa buzzing Title: Re: Pool v Citeh link?
