Title: Hotels in Los Angeles Post by: redsimon on November 27, 2005, 11:59:41 AM On the off chance anyone knows, where is the best place to stay if you want to be close to the Commerce Casino in Mid January for the LA Poker Classic?

Title: Re: Hotels in Los Angeles Post by: Dave T on November 29, 2005, 03:32:45 PM The last time I went to the Commerce for a tournament they'd tripled their rates as the tournament was on, so the only thing you're missing is getting ripped off. There is a place opposite the Bicycle Casino that is okay and only about $55 a night. Can't remember the name but think it's a Best Western, if you ring the Bike they will be able to tell you. The Bike is only about 5 mins in a taxi away from the Commerce, plus if you stay there it gives you the option of playing cash at the Bike aswell as the Commerce.
