Title: Is there a Doctor in the house? Post by: pokerfan on March 14, 2009, 04:35:37 PM My bro had his ankle snapped a couple of weeks ago and had to get it plated n pinned.
Now im no Dougie Howser but quite clearly the 4th screw up isnt where it should be. Although his Doctor says its perfectly O.K and not to worry. Thoughts please. Post by: boldie on March 14, 2009, 05:22:19 PM hmmm..looks a bit off, doesn't it?
I guess the other 7 will hold everything tight enough in place though, so wouldn't worry about it too much...kindoff like an IKEA cupboard..if one out of 8 screws comes out your cupboard won't fall apart all of a sudden. Dr. Boldie. * * Phd. might not actually be related to any sort of medicine so please don't take the above as medically correct....it just seems to make sense. Hmm... Well tbh, long as it doesn't interfere with the healing and straightening of the bone there's no problem .. Ray says: the pins will be removed later anyways.
