I had to turn it off,so sad.I first met him when he was a kid playing for Newcastle in a bar down the Quayside he was smashed and i have to say the life and soul of the party, really seemed like a genuinely nice fella,so unasuming considering he was the new big thing in football at that time.
It breaks my heart to see him like this, the state hes in and the things his lack of control with alcohol/drugs have made him do.In every big town you see people like him and i think if it wasn't for his notority he would be dead by now.He seems in such turmoil as he realises what a waste he made of his talent,i only wish he can find a little peace and happiness.

Really sad seeming him in such a state, he really does look old man now and he can't be much older than 40. Unfortunately i don't think he has long left.

Fine player, had the potential to be a true great but fucked it all up IMO.

Lifestyle and head banging challenges robbed him of being a tru great.
