Title: Bargain Basement GUKPT Shares. Post by: celtic on March 21, 2009, 06:25:24 PM Looking to sell off some shares in the upcoming GUKPT ME at the vic.
Maximum of 30%. Selling at £135 for 10% £67.50 for 5%. Why am i selling them cheap? Well two reasons, 1. I qualified online for the seat. 2. I won't have the exes that others have as i won't need to cover hotels & travel etc as I live fairly close to the Vic. Do i have a chance of winning? Well, i wouldn't enter it if i thought i couldn't go deep. My previous two GUKPT's were Wallsall 2008. Came 40/283 Losing a flip v Nik (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=314) Persaud (http://www.blondepoker.com/blondepedia/blondepedia_view_player.php?player_id=314) for top 5 chips, and Brighton 2009 where i went out level 4. (got it all in with nut flush on the turn v set and he caught up) Can you trust me? Yes, i have been staked on Blonde before and am sure previous stakers will confirm i shipped their money back promptly. If you're interested post here or PM. Quiet start followed by 88 on a 872 flop that lost to runner runner 10 J to pocket 9's. Got what i lost back in the very next hand with JJ on a J high flop and was up to 14k. Quiet again for a while as with 2 scandie's to my left and Adam Stoneham to their left, there weren't many raises getting through and in most cases all 3 were happy to see every flop ffs!! End of Level 1 i was dealt Kh Kc and raised to 200 from mid position, just the 5 of us see a 9h 6h 2h flop, where mad skandie number 2 re-raise my 725 bet to 2k. I call and fire out on the Ahrt, he calls and the 9s on the river means i check call his value bet on the river. He of course has 6s 6c. Then get AA cracked by 10 J and i'm down to 1900. Manage to treble up to 6k at the break hitting a one outer, After that i just couldn't get an opportunity to get back into it and with the blinds at 200 400 i managed to get my last 3.3k in with 6s 8s on a 2s 4s 5c flop, called by Aspades 7s and we both missed.
