Pork chops marinaded with red onion and peper sauce with some cheese on tops, ovened it for a good bit til chops were tender I also cut some chunky bits of pepper and potato and ovened them as well, served it with mash and some diced peppers & onions.  I made a sweet sauce from cocunut milk and a jas or tikka masala.

Pretty darn good so it was.

that sounds very exotic, I have definately not tried that dish before.  If i was brave enough to step foot in glasgow i would definately give it a go!

she already does.  I got the most beautiful card - all coloured in by hand.  Inside it was printed with 'I love you' and underneath in her six year old handwriting Hannah had added 'Mummy a lot' :)

pakora curry?

That was last night, and mighty fine that was as well.  Ended up doing that in a wrap.

I'm destined for Master Chef.  Watch out Rod ;)
