Tools > Options > Security - that gives you the screen where you can click to access all your saved passwords. You can't just change them in that screen though, you have to go to each site the passwords are saved for and change them there. Unless you are using an add-on or different program to manage your passwords? If you have set a 'master password' you will need to use this to be able to see all the saved passwords. Anyone using firefox should use the master password, otherwise all the passwords that are stored are saved in a plain text file and someone who gains access to your machine via a worm for example, would be able to get to them all. That's just like a phone book of people's names and numbers (instead it shows your username and password for a site). You can't just change a number in your phonebook without changing the number of the phone. Sorry, that's a crap analogy - but it's all i could think of.
