Sovietsong went to level 2 so I gained 1 experience point and am now lvl3

All a bit pyramidy for my liking.

So I'm off to create some AHK scripts to automatically register 4 squillion fighters and have them fight 6 random opponents so that they climb to lvl2/3 and then have my own power house of master reach level 220 on the back of that so that he becomes the Brute to end all Brutes.


Or I could play some poker

I hope Rod gets to level 10 soon; he'll be able to start a clan.

I have no idea what clan membership entails. No doubt another level of complexity but I fail to see how this could be possible in a game that already has so much depth and stategic possibilities that it makes chess look like draughts.

All other "Brutes" seem to have bonuses of some sort, Extra thick skin, Extra big muscles, etc.

My "Brute" has known, nada, zip.

So, can I buy them or is it just luck of the draw ? ?

Experience points add up and move you up a level.
As you move up the levels you get a bonus.
The bonus can be a weapon or an attribute.
Weapons seem to be better early on, attibutes are a big help later.
A big angry bear seems to be the best thing you can get though ;D

getting weapons though is onlya bonus if your muppet of a brute uses them!! Mine has two, the best being an axe - twice out of three fights yesterday he didnt bother to use the axe despite the fights being close. ended up losing them both when the damage caused by the axe would have meant winning both :(

Wherever there is a RNG, you can be sure that a boring story isn't too far behind.

Tank, you get the same jump in experience battering level 1 fighters as if you beat a level 5. Don't waste your time scrapping with the bear until you've moved up a few levels, bully the noobs.

That would make sense.
