Title: laptop help Post by: doubleup on April 24, 2009, 12:00:15 PM A bit of an odd thing happens from time to time on my laptop. It suddenly becomes extremely slow if I click on a window that is minimised to bring it on screen - once its up there everything is normal speed. There isn't anything running that slows it according to task manager. Any ideas? If so you might want to look at simplifying your GUI. Right type/speed? yes working fine imo - was getting loads of memory errors with postgresql and holdem manager b4 I upgraded which have now stopped. Its simply slowness when clicking on a minimised window i.e. it takes an age to come up on screen. It goes away if I reboot.
