Welcome to Reverse Sheep 22 - the one where the scoring will be perfect, and that's about it.

There is a new spreadsheet in town, so be prepared for disasters of farcical proportions on the reveal evening.

OH, and for those of you who don't know, Joobie and I aren't living together at the moment so she is free to enter this quiz, I'm doing it all on my own.

So, without further ado, I present...

Rules

Here's the deal.

There are 15 questions, PM your answers for them to me by Monday June 15th at 12:00pm, each answer on a separate line please, in order of questions.

Your score for each question is number of people who give the same correct answer. So you want to go for answers that you think will be less commonly given. Levelling commonly happens. The answer most commonly given is called the sheep, with the corresponding sheep score.

You are not allowed to do ANY research to come up with answers. All answers must come from your own brain.

If you give an incorrect answer, you will receive the sheep score + one half the number of TOTAL answers given, rounded up.

You MUST pass on one question and score a 0 for that question.

Spelling mistakes will be laughed at and may even invoke a penalty.

Any questions post in this thread (or PM), but don’t post your answers obv.

The reveal will be 7.30pm on Tuesday June 16th

Should a previous QM be victorious, he/she has the choice to either nominate a new QM or do it themselves, unless you are Laxie, HOLDorFOLD or Suited_Jock. You are only allowed to nominate. ;)

Objections are allowed but may be ignored / punished dependent on QM.

I reserve the right to change these rules without notice at anytime before the start of the reveal.

A week between quizzes?

I can't do Thursday and reveals on Fri/Sat/Sun are a no-go with all the events this weekend (APAT/Sky etc), plus there's a chance I'll be away all weekend as well with the Sky thing. Hence the extended deadline.

How can more than one person think that this is a good question for a RSQ quiz.

The whole point of the RSQ is questions that EVERYBODY can answer correctly, but will struggle to get a sheep for without risking a fail.  Not questions that some people will know, and others won't.

We don't all use google ffs!

I know answers I think, except for 11 which will have to be a pass, but a lot won't have a clue on 7 which is the single worst question in a RSQ ever if you want people to participate. Far too specialist

5. guess a comedian and keep your fingers crossed that they released something in that particular random date range. [ ] good idea
7. actually worse than the ice hockey questions as so many less answers. far too specialist for any non cricket followers

11, zomg, are you serious? that's geekiness of a billy magnitude, normal people aren't going to have a clue

It makes it a lot better than a lot of questions we've had where if you didn't happen to follow that tv, sport etc you were forced to either pass or fail

RSQ has seriously lost its way recently ... its just about abusing the QM for an epic farce now .... I honestly thought Sharples would bring it back on track.

For the people that have sent in "answers" with no actual answers on, these will not be marked and you will not receive a score. Shoudl you wish to send in some proper answers - feel free.

don't be a party pooper Adam.  If you questions were proper general knowledge questions that most people would at least have a chance of guessing then they may get better answers.

All PM's bar one have mostly correct answers.

I agree, proper farce expecting people to know all those.  Ruined the game in my opinion.  Needs answers that people know, not formulated questions designed to purposely make people fail.  I will enter under protest of a poor QM..  I was gonna blame tighty but tighty only picked the QM, never set the questions.  I do believe that the QM selection was in good faith.  I also think that there should be a new rule.  "The QM may not use Google to forumulate any questions, they must be from the memory of the QM"..  I actually think Sharplea has to google the answers to his own questions, especially Q12... why does Copag have to be in the question?  Isn't Bicycle the same?... Smart Arse questions..!!  POOR...!!!

OK I have answered the questions...5 passes tho cause I have absolutely no clue and several guesses.

I chose COPAG because was the only brand I could remember - didnt want smart arse answers like "Get Out of Jail Free".

As for everything else - if my 19yr old retarded brother can answer all 15 questions (and he doesnt watch House, cricket or poker) then you lot can.

How can average normal people who have never played a computer game EVER EVER EVER get a computer game question like that correct..  OK, Mario, dead famous, name a game, but no matter how popular u think resident evil is, in the general scheme of things people dont know the game, let alone the characters in it...!!

The WSOP is into its second week and how many players who are "heard of" have won a bracelet? 1, 2 or 3?  Not what Adam has heard of, what normal people have heard of...?

How can people expect to know which stand up comedian has released a DVD in a 2 year window..!!!  I have picked a commedian but to be honest, no idea if he released his one and only DVD in that 2 year time window..!!

Pro40 Cricket?  what is that.  Why not name a cricketing county, which people will know, not a question about the most unheard of part of cricket.

I seriously think that this will be the least entered RSQ, or, for those that enter, the highest scoring of em all..!!

How much bigger a farce before it is too much of a farce that nobody will play because it is too hard for the general thicko like me to play.!!

A couple I cant answer even after using the Pass, so I have tried to pick as many sheep answers as possible.

I expect at least 8 sheep !

I think I will give this one a miss - can only answer about 4 or maybe 5 of the questions and they would most probably be sheep!

Just for reference, I think the point as I understand it is to choose questions on subjects people will know multiple answers to, therefore a good RSQ should enable people to use strategy to ace, avoid sheep, pick the right question to pass etc

So many (but not all, and some only on a few questions) of the QMs recently have chosen such specialist subjects that the above is impossible.

FWIW I'd like to see RSQs be far more generalist, and go back to their roots when 45 runners entered on here

This quiz is abandoned. I'll be re-wording some of the questions, keeping a few, and abolishing a few others.

That quiz will be Reverse Sheep 22.5, and will be the quiz that is revealed on Tuesday. All current participants will be asked to resubmit their answers.

Yours was good to be fair. 

Really only been two rubbish QM's.  Adam and Tighty.  Adam asks questions nobody can answer without google.  Tighty refuses to allow objections and wants the whole thing over within an hour. 

I was young and foolish.

Next time I would welcome objections.

I still object bill Clinton is still Mr president if ever addressed formally + it was good way to make sure I wasn't qm had to cover my bases
