Title: wow dont you love mums Post by: phatomch on June 10, 2009, 01:01:44 AM I thought I would point out how good my mum is, take a look at this for a birthday cake, its a foot thick pavlova all home made stuffed with choclate whipped cream strawberrys and kiwi fruit.

I'd tend to keep the meringue all at the bottom for pavlova's for presentation purposes. Title: Re: wow dont you love mums Post by: phatomch on June 10, 2009, 04:39:45 PM its two layers of meringue with the cream and fruit in the middle, on the bottom layer she melted 70% chocolate and then smeared over so its a thin layer when it cooled so keeps the bottom layer from going soggy.
