Title: Double Chance Freezeout
Post by: mckelinho on June 22, 2009, 02:17:11 PM
I know this isn't a hand analysis but i thought this be best suited to the learning centre.

I've been playing poker a while live and online and know what i'm doing. Live i've always played freezeouts and or rebuys. Going to a game that is a £30 double chance freezeout. Its 7,500 the 7,500. I just wanted to know that as this is a double chance is it £30 in total or an extra £30 for the second lot of chips??

No making fun :)

lol, good use of 'should be' and '...'

venues have been known to advertise tournaments as double chance when in fact what they're offering is a single rebuy so you really need to check with the venue

yep...confused the shit out of me in the beginning with casinos asking for more money when I took my second set of chips (inevitably after 5 minutes of the tourney starting )

^^gatso's probably right, but in my experience I've only ever played Double Chance Freezeouts where it's "all inclusive"
