Yesterday's event was sold out. Today's already has 77 players registered with over an hour until the start and tomorrow's £200 event is also expected to sell out. 100 players plus alternates is the capacity. Buy in early to avoid disappointment, as we expect all the hold'em tournaments this week and next to sell out. There should be spaace in the Omaha and Dealer's choice events though.

There are already over 150 players registered for the Unibet Open and we are expecting to get 200-240 runners for it. Max 150 each starting day.

Whats the breakdown by day so far?

So far there are 68 players registered for day 1a and 88 players for day 1b. Unibet have now closed their online direct buy in list, so anyone who wants to play will now have to buy in from the Vic or any other Grosvenor/G casino.

Having taken a look at the players regsitered so far, the largest contingents seem to be from Finland (25 players), Sweden (19 players), Netherlands (19 players), France (18 players) and Poland (13 players). There are also about 10 Belgians, 10 Romanians and a few Spanish, Italians , Bulgarians, Portuguese, Russians, Danes, Chechs, Croats, Estonians...and just 5 British players so far (including Alex Rousso and John Eames).

I have also had emails from about 10 further European players who will be buying in when they arrive.

Yesterday's £100 rebuy was sold out with 100 players plus a further 8 alternates, for a total field of 108 players. It was won by Mark Winter, who officially scooped the first prize of just under £10,000, although there was a three way deal. Toby Lewis crept into the money, cashing for the second day in a row, as did Sami Yusuf. Monday's winner Willie Tann did not make the money this time. Tonight's £200 freezeout is already almost sold out, with just 6 seats left and more than two hours until the start.

Tomorrow's £100 Omaha rebuy already has 15 people registered and although we don't expect it to sell out, the number of early buy ins suggest it could be a respectable field. Saturday's £500 event also has 15 people registered so far and is also expected to sell out, so players are advised to buy in before the day to guarantee a seat.

5 handed I had 260k of the 670 in play but lost AQ vs A10 all in pre for the absolute world which took me down to 100k. We got 4 handed next hand and it was my 110k vs 150, 180 and 230ish and they offered an even chop so couldn't really say no. We took £4300 each.

Hi guys, thanks for the messages.

Played the PLO last night and the field was so soft it hurt. Chipped up nicely early and made a big float and huge bluff early in the tournament to put me on a nice stack. I didn't get any hands after that and had to maintain my stack and chip up playing small pots in position and bluffing a lot.

I made one bad call against James Williams on the turn where I subsequently passed the river but I shouldn't have called turn unless I was calling river. He later told me it was a good fold but knocked me out when I raised UTG with  8c 9h Tc Jh (yep I almost jizzed in my pants at the sexual nature of such a hand). He 3-bet from the big and I got it in. Unfortunately I couldn't hold vs KK56 despite hitting a jack on the flop.

Actually really disappointed last night. All I play is plo cash online and I had a huge edge on the generally terrible field. The final table was actually a bit of a joke with only about 3 players who are decent at the game.

Well done to Aces who was in the chop. Was quite funny to see him come in late and look for his seat only to find he was sat, in DTD t-shirt, oppsite Mick McCool.

Yes, it is capped at 100 runners plus alternates and so far there are 26 people registered. I think it will definitely sell out, so don't leave it too late to buy in.

Tonight's PL Omaha Hi-Lo has 16 players registered so far with about three hours to go until the start. Will probably get around 50 players.

The Hi-Lo is now underway and there are 42 players. Alternates are still being accepted for the next 55 minutes.

The results from the first 4 events were sent out last week and should already be appearing on the usual results sites  - Pokerineurope, hendonmob, pokerpages, etc. I will send out the remainder of ther results on Wednesday when the festival (barring the Unibet event) has been completed.

There were 43 in the Hi-Lo (which was won by Woody Deck), 90 players contested the £500 Freezeout and 63 played in the £300 bounty tournament. Today's event is the £100 PL Dealer's Choice rebuy and there are 40 players, who have cumulatively had 79 rebuys/add ons to produce a prize pool of £11,900.

I would have thought at least 60-70.

Tonight's £200 rebuy currently has 39 players registered, with over two and a half hours to go until the tournament starts, so it looks like yesterday's estimate of 60-70 was conservative. It will probably get closer to the 100 mark now.

Tonight's super satellite is well and truly full. It should generate 12-14 seats for the Unibet Open, which currently has 173 players registered - 75 for tomorrow's starting day and 98 for Friday. At this point we are expecting at least 220 players for it.
