along with swindon the worst bags tracks in the country.

SHOULD BE AROUND THE 7/2 MARK.
you hav`nt got a clue m8ty ,you cant have been to the track ,thats all i can say .
it`s one of the best tracks in the country ,a proper track with big sweeping bends.
 some of the best trainers in the country on here.

i havent been there, dont mind the gaff for opens, shithole for bags.

I miss catford, blinding little track, virtually my second home between 1999-2001.

how did you make a profit if the dog was 3/1 and even if they pay a 1/4 of the odds a place? you'dve lost money.

also i'm not sure that backing e/w in crapshoot bags races where the overound is a ridic 138% is any value longterm, in a horse race if you've got a horse that you cant see out the frame and you want to freeroll for the win(which people dont do for that reason to often cos of the place market on betfair) then you can freeroll for the win if the horse is 4/1 and theyre going 1/4 the odds a place(5/1= 1/5 of the odds a place) ive just never heard of anyone backing a greyhound so skinny in such a bad market to lose money if it's placed, the dog seemed to be solid @3's awell unless you know where it was much bigger, if so good luck to you but you'dve had to have a lump on even if it was 5/1 to scoop any real dough, unless ive missed something obvious here in which case gl to you.

any one that saw the race would say the dog was unlucky ,badly crowded at the 2nd bend ,it was fifth at the time ,never mind ,the same with the cards ,outdrawn.

dont ladbrokes do some kind of early specials on bags? i'm not sure if it's early specials exactly but i think they put there own book up before the first show comes in which i think is available in the shops before the race, sort of like a little promotion they do, is comedy the amount of times ive seen them open up a dog at something like 6/1 and then the first show comes in and it's 9/4, at first when i saw it and didnt realise what the turn out was i'm looking at these markets and watching dogs drift 3 points in 1 hit and thinking wtf before the guy said it was ladbrokes only special prices. ::)

nice coup though if you know how theyre gonna open up, i imagine some people at the track give the info lively to a pal in the shop when the first show goes up on course and they nick the value cos ladbrokes really are shocking with doing their own book.
