Just spoke to the administration company.they assured me my money is safe and are looking to refund all br,s to customers.i found this strange, but the lovely lady explained that player,s accounts go to a seperate secure untouchable account.here,s hoping..

Sounds good.

I had just found http://www.cecure.co.uk/pdfs/responsible/terms_conditions.pdf, section 7.2 of which would suggest your cash is toast.

Er no it doesnt? It says players deposits are kept seperate, in line with what the customer services lady said. It only states that all players fund are kept together, and are only accounted for electronically.

Yes, but no mention of trust status or escrow. Just 'we keep it in a seperate account' which means bugger all if the cash isn't legally ringfenced in some way.
