I'm Looking to get a job in a casino, preferrably as a poker dealer or to work in the cardroom in general. Preferably in Glasgow or Edinburgh or there abouts as i am from glasgow myself.

I've seen it at some Grosvenors as well, with some dealers doing it 'properly' and others removing the blinds and placing them in the middle. I've not come across many who do that with every bet that's made subsequently. The training of the dealers at DTD by Mathilde is obviously the key to the consistency. Pulling bets into the middle of the table as they're made is so so so wrong. The thing that tilts me most though is dealer who deal the flop one card at a time rather than all 3 at once. Plenty casinos in Glasgow and most of the dealers are on shit pay so there must be regular job openings, no?
