Title: Partouche Post by: Royal Flush on August 05, 2009, 12:50:13 PM So its time for the years biggest donkfest again, the Partouche Poker Tour Final.
I played this last year and it was the softest thing i have ever played, was deep stacked with a 90 min clock and a seemingly endless line of ipokers worst waiting to give you chips. As the tour has still not secured an online partner i would expect it to be a similar standard this year. Right anyway enough with that lark, the proposal: The buyin is €8500 I am willing to sell up to 40% of the action @ 1.75, this is obv quite a lot higher line than the average however its better to buy @ 1.75 in someone who is over 3.0 in real terms than 1.2 in someone who is 1.3 in real terms, its a high number but this tournament only comes around once a year (sadly) I will also guarantee this year that there will be no donk off! I had a brain fart last year when i was a top 5 stack with 90 left and this wont happen again, if it does its money back time. If people want my live record obv name is James Dempsey, online MKKMOO on stars (can just go to front page of OPR and look at top 25 :D chirp) or The Norse Horse on FTP. The difference between this year and last year in me is that i have all but given up live poker, i am being far more selective and more focussed when i play live, good news is i have won 3 of my last 3 live comps (all below 100 runners, sigh) Right anyway, stake away! As long as we burn slower than 1.75 bpm (burns per minute), we'll be alright! :P Title: Re: Partouche Post by: LeKnave on August 10, 2009, 03:53:43 PM i know it looks like its expensive. but buying someone @ 1.75 who probably has a 200% ROI in this torny (you could buy @ 3.0 and still be making a breakeven investment!) is much better than buying someone @ 1.2 who prob has a 50% ROI in another torny.
