Assuming you arent short here as you've played it you could quite easily pass worst case you could find yourself 3 way with only 6 or even as few as 4 live outs if some of them are in oppo's hands. Of course you could find yourself heads up with 14 outs but that seems unlikely.
I don't really like the flop check my normal line would be bet/price myself in to call the shove/bink. The problem is we don't know what the flop leader is going to do and we could of given ourselves a lot more information by leading ourselves. What was thought process behind checking, were you hoping to check shove/bink for free? Title: Re: do you go with ur hand here? Post by: dousche on August 06, 2009, 05:58:52 AM why can i only see Kd in your hand?

The problem is we don't know what the flop leader is going to do and we could of given ourselves a lot more information by leading ourselves. What was thought process behind checking, were you hoping to check shove/bink for free? if i fold i am left with the average stack (circa 25bb's) The reason i checked is that I am against 2 opponents on a semi scary board, and i figured that c-betting just lets someone jam in my eye then i am forced to go with my hand. I was prepared to let someone bet then shove all in, but then when i have a bettor and a reshipper in front it wasnt really as i had planned. I guess my question is, given that I am in the money - do I take this spot to become CL and press on for the win, or do I realise that I still have a healthy stack and fold? The first flat caller had been flatting alot of my raises but folded to most of my c bets and the 2nd guy i just figured called because of the price. However this was one of those boards which i am not a fan of c betting against 2 opponents. I wanted to see if they would give me a free card and see if i could bink. so do you go for the win or fold and maintain 25bbs? Title: Re: do you go with ur hand here? Post by: MANTIS01 on August 06, 2009, 09:23:10 AM I think folding is more going for the win than calling
Title: Re: do you go with ur hand here? Post by: EvilPie on August 06, 2009, 12:39:26 PM Easy pass.
If you're short or huge then possibly call but in this spot drop it quick. Title: Re: do you go with ur hand here? Post by: Cf on August 06, 2009, 12:49:59 PM Snap fold for me.
Title: Re: do you go with ur hand here? Post by: outragous76 on August 06, 2009, 01:06:00 PM ok thats all fine - i just wanted to check.
I did snap fold but wondered where people stood on this kind of spot interestingly the hands were KJ for the bettor and AQo for the all in - KJ snap called! board ran dry 22 or something cheers Title: Re: do you go with ur hand here? Post by: gatso on August 06, 2009, 01:19:09 PM I think folding is more going for the win than calling err, this other than being late for the pub I can't see a single reason to not fold Title: Re: do you go with ur hand here? Post by: GreekStein on August 06, 2009, 01:59:53 PM I did snap fold You not consider folding faster? Title: Re: do you go with ur hand here? Post by: MC on August 06, 2009, 03:01:48 PM It's a fold, surprised you didn't lead out this flop though...although it probs worked out better for you that you didn't...
Title: Re: do you go with ur hand here? Post by: Sack it off on August 06, 2009, 06:55:53 PM I think if your up against a flush draw your fkd
If your up against J10 your fkd Combine these... your fkd. I'd fold If the board was rainbow that could change things |
