Title: NFL Gamepass Post by: thetank on August 07, 2009, 11:48:36 PM I used NFL Gampass last year and it was pretty cool, access to all the regular season NFL games in full HD aswell as a couple of the NFL network highlights and analysis shows.
The big draw for me was not that you could see them live, but you could watch the recorded version anytime you wanted. Pretty cool I thought, last year I got to watch a lot of football in HD. Reliability was ok but not fantastic, worked about 95% of the time for me. Other downside is that you can't watch the game that is on Sky live (although you can watch it archived) Price tag was a bit hefty, best part of $300 and I felt a bit ripped off when they wanted more money ($70ish iirc) for the post season games. Anyway, I've checked out what they've got this year and it's gotten better. New groovy features include that you can watch whatever is being played on NFL network 24/7 On demand access to a variety of archived shows and NFL films (such as the Emmy award winning America's Game documentary series and the "top ten" shows) Really cool feature is you can watch an on demand archive of all the games from 2008 (regular season and post season) I would now say it's worth the money. I've subscribed already so I can watch all the pre season guff and rewatch some of the best games from last season. I have the baseball version of this for the final 2 months of the season for $35, quite a bit of difference especially when you get 10-15 baseball games per day. Title: Re: NFL Gamepass Post by: thetank on August 07, 2009, 11:57:26 PM It was like $260 or something I paid. I didn't bother buying the post season patch coz all the games were on Sky.

Title: Re: NFL Gamepass Post by: Suited_Jock on August 08, 2009, 11:16:52 AM wow thats pretty steep..In comparison espn360 for NHL featuring almost all games live (2 games from my team were blackout) and then archived for viewing whenever for £79 including the playoffs.. No HD as of yet but had a high and low stream depending on bandwith
