Title: Re: Jacks, Double or Nothing scenario Post by: Longy on August 27, 2009, 11:48:04 AM Is Santazzz tight/comptent? If so this is a clear pass, in fact i would need a read they are bad to call here.

Not a lot of info, but nothing to suggest he is anything other than an ABC player in these That doesn't necessarily mean he can't have 77+ A10+ but in my mind precluded anything much worse Title: Re: Jacks, Double or Nothing scenario Post by: EvilPie on August 27, 2009, 11:54:51 AM Is Santazzz tight/comptent? If so this is a clear pass, in fact i would need a read they are bad to call here. So what do we need to call? I had a similar situation in a DoN recently with AK and made the laydown although we were down to 7 and I was 3rd in chips so slightly different I guess. Is this hand only a call with KK or AA? Title: Re: Jacks, Double or Nothing scenario Post by: thetank on August 27, 2009, 12:03:55 PM I can't see this being a call against standard opposition, and would likely sigh before folding QQ and AKs too.
3 way action is an equity disaster Title: Re: Jacks, Double or Nothing scenario Post by: Longy on August 27, 2009, 12:42:58 PM Is Santazzz tight/comptent? Yeah kk+ looks good, queens is close and much better than calling with ak here. Title: Re: Jacks, Double or Nothing scenario Post by: MC on August 27, 2009, 12:54:10 PM It's def a fold in a DoN
AK is a fold too, QQ is borderline and I'd have a tough time folding it... Title: Re: Jacks, Double or Nothing scenario Post by: boldie on August 27, 2009, 12:58:26 PM I'll fold in a double or nothing ...and quite fast as well.
