I thought I'd bring a couple of satellites to your attention that will be going off in the next hour or so. First is a satellite to Event 1 of the 2009 WSOPE, the £1k NLHE. Starting at 2045 UK time, there is a $100+$9 satellite tournament starting that guarantees 10 seats to Event 1 valued at $1,700 each. As I type this there are 102 entrants signed up so could be a nice little overlay. Second is a satellite to Event 3 of the 2009 WSOPE, the £5k PLO. Starting at 2115 UK time, there is a $440+$10 satellite tournament starting that guarantees 4 seats to Event 3 worth $10,200 each, with an hour and fifteen left until the start (as I am writing this) there are only 39 entrants signed up. If any of you guys do play and indeed win a seat, could you send me a PM and we'll give you some pimpage on the Betfair Poker site! Good luck to you all. I'll find out if there anymore PLO qualifiers to come. If my memory serves me right they ran some extra sats at the last minute. I'll update here as soon as I know anything. Congrats Sunny for shipping the seat. I'll get in touch with you in the near future regarding a possible interview to go on the Betting.betfair site and following your progress in London. There is a big satellite on Sunday 6 September that costs $500+$10 to enter and guarantees 10 x $20,000 WSOPE Main Event packages. There are super sats starting at $2.20, going up to $55 that feed into this satellite. They run daily up to an including the day of the $510 game. Again, if anyone luckboxes there way to a ME seat, drop me a PM please! |
