You've seen him previously iso shove all-in vs a 10bb shove holding JJ but also open limp AK from early and J9 blind on blind. Crazy Penguin is 50/45 over <25 hands but has been in shove/fold mode for that period and let's be honest he's shoving a 10bb stack utg 6 handed so we're not overly worried about him.

Yeah that's what I did, I thought this spot was almost standard - originally titled thread, standard shove? - but after iso shoving I got a bit of stick from the others, which to be honest confirmed to me that iso shoving was 'correct'. A large amount of the time we will be getting 2:1 vs only one hand which happens to be a weaker ace. Equity party With reads a fold might be the way to go, but those reads better pwn quite hard for you to miss out on this chance to party Title: Re: Best move? Surely widens the flatting range DAlltheway, therefore getting it in seems standard.

Post by: AlexMartin on September 02, 2009, 03:56:56 AM Meh, 18/10 looks like it knows what its doing (i assume this was fullring stats getting shorter), i think we have very low FE and would be worried about his range for flatting this. But until ur reads are stronger on him i think jamming has to be the best play.
