Title: Re: Top Pair - Multiway pot Post by: poonjoe on October 11, 2009, 04:08:51 PM You've put 40 chips in to flop a str8 draw or two pair or better in a six-way pot. You didn't flop it. Check-fold to a larger bet. Call this 160 to try and spike a J, T or 9. If you hit one, check and re-evaluate. If you don't, check-fold.
Hate leading out on flop here, your hand is just too vulnerable to be worth protecting in a 6-way pot, especially out of position and especially when you have only 40 chips invested. Betting out on this flop is the road to Palookaville.
