Title: poker vids on the go
Post by: Pyso on November 01, 2009, 01:46:50 AM
I have a load of downloaded instructional poker videos and would quite like to be able to watch them on the go via a portable media player. I was wondering if any blondes have such a device and whether it's even useful for this purpose. I suspect it's one thing watching a film on these things but maybe another trying to see all the detail on a small screen when it comes to a poker training video.

I've looked on the web and it seems that the Cowon model is the best.

I reckon a small laptop is probably better but I don't own one and anyway I don't want to lug one about. I would quite like something small enough to carry around that does quality wmv files and also allows me to play all my music mp3s.

Any thoughts?

The only vids worth watching on a small device are the one tabling (/yawn and powerpoint) vids. They are fine for iphone or whatever. Otherwise laptop/netbook ftw!

Archos 5g might be the answer for you.
