Cannot log into any of my Stars, Full tilt and betfair accounts. All of which have some/significant amounts of money. Pretty sure someone has got into my email somehow.

Please can someone give me a step by step guide to what I need to do, I have emailed the above sites. Other stuff I need to do.

I am tearing my hair out here.

Best to check any of your accounts - credit cards, neteller, etc., as well as changing all your email passwords and other site log-in details as well in case your computer has been compromised.  Of course, might be an idea to do this from another PC that you know is clean and secure.

What exactly does it say when you try and log in?

Hmmm I appear to have lost precisely nothing, apart from the cost of some new underwear and about year off my life.

All the money is still there in my accounts, just the process of cleaning my comp and binning the email addy to take care of now. Oh and getting in touch with the crap loads of bookies where have a zero balance,sigh.

Good news - any thoughts on what happened?  Have you regained control of the email account?

For Stars and Full Tilt you MUST use their RSA security token.  Not doing it (for the cost of a couple of thousand FPPs) is daft.

It because of these exact situations, I don't wear white socks.

Jesus just seen this hope everythings OK glad no money is missing. this has made me set up the PIN thing stars do really easy to set up, only takes an extra couple seconds when you log in to click a few on screen buttons.

 

Yeah I have had the pin on my account since they started doing it, going to look into the security token. Kind of dismissed it before as I wasn't playing on stars, now I have the majority of my active roll there it looks like a worthwhile investment.

Depending on your VIP status, it can cost as little as 1500 FPPs, which is about the same as the cost of a new pair of Calvin Kleins...
