Post by: Razga on December 03, 2009, 07:12:35 PM
Hi

Me and my friend have developed a new website containing guaranteed tournaments of $10k or more and are looking for some response. The address is http://www.gtdtours.com

We hope you will enjoy our site

This site is very good. Already an application available which notifies you.

Why have a website like this? Guaranteed tourneys are only good when there is an overlay.

I would try to put a column in the list that states whether there regularly is an overlay or not or the site doesn't really have a point.

I disagree, Guaranteed tournaments also increase the amount of runners so the average prize pool is greater

Really nice site - I've bookmarked

Just need to add the cake network and I think you might have missed out some daytime tourneys on FT? and it is complete.

Excellent work sir.

Good work and nicely presented.

Are you looking to make money from the site one say? Or is it just something you've done for the love of GTD prizepool poker tourneys?

At first we just want to see if such a website will have en general interest. If that is so, then we will of course look into making a small profit from the site. However this is not something we think about at the moment.

UPDATE!

The tournament database has now been updated. Tournaments with GTD prizepool down to $5000 is now covered!

A "game note" is also shown now. It states what kind of game the tournament is, eg. Turbo, Deepstack, Bounty, 6-max, etc.

We hope to update the database more often than this in the future.
