Post by: bobby1 on December 23, 2009, 03:11:45 PM cheers Dave, I dont drink but won a bottle of rum in a raffle about 2 years ago, ive just dug it out of the 'drinks cardboard box in the Celler' and it has on the side of it LS010290, I was wondering if that might be a sell buy date and If I would be better off buying a new one instead of potentially poisoning the familty for the sake of 14 quid ;o)

The problem starts with the opaque spirits, like Bailey's etc as a vast majority of these are cream based and will spoil.
The best solution is treat all spirits as "Best Before End of Tonight", or just call Claw, Joobs and JonMW ;) |
