Hey Guy and girls

i have just started with bet fair and trying to work out about backing  and then laying them off and making money i have had a small bet on the darts and now layed it off it looks like what ever happends i will make money who ever wins have i done this right i know its only a few £'s put like i said this is my 1st time and i wanna make sure im doing things right before i have a good go at this

lol thanks mate, im trying to lean how to back then lay off and make a profit this was just a test since im getting the hang of it i will be a millionaire in 1029 years

This is spot on, higher stakes will lead to higher Profits.

Its all about predicting the movements and getting in and out at the right times, learning that is your bread and butter.

You got it right mate, you win a quid if the field win or 14 quid if Whitlock wins. Free bets are never a bad thing.

thanks guys i did not have a clue what i was doing at 1st but when they all went green after i was a little happy now all i have to do is watch how the market goes on a few sports then start and try make a little money on the side

Can you explain what you did? This could turn into a dummys (no offence) guide to betfair trading! Actually is there a dummys guide?

If you are serious about this check out betangel.com

I use there software to trade on Betfair

Lots of learning videos on the site as well

forget betangel,theres a new trading interface and its free for the time being and its alot faster than both betangel and trader and also very easy to use....i trade fulltime on the horses and i highly recommend it..............you can get the download here..........http://www.geekstoy.com

Rhodesy, If you want that betfair for dummies book I think I have a copy I can post to you. It is a very very basic guide but if you are starting from scratch it might well be worth reading it.
