Title: Pak v Aus Odds
Post by: Woodsey on January 04, 2010, 02:21:17 AM
1.52 for Pak to win, get on IMO.

If they lose a wicket any time soon get on again when the odds jump as well, or even just wait for this to happen.

1.6 available now at close of play. Pak 204 ahead with 1 wicket left in 1st innings, wicket doing enough to make it hard for aussies when they bat again.

Still happy with that price Woodsey?

Tempted to pile into the Aussies watching this.

Pakistan have been awful today, tactically and in execution.

Humphhhh, I've chickened out now and laid it off so get a small profit either way. Shame I can't get on betfair would have bigger profit.

I think the game could go either way as Pak can be so erratic, so Aus probably slightly value but don't quote me on it.

Phew got out of that one alive, could have been over a bag down!!!

Seriously, Pakistan have to be the only country that can donk off that kind of 1st innings advantage, only glad I happened to be a round at the time to bottle it and lay off. Don't think there's any thing dodgy about it though, but unfortunately they won't shrug off those sort of suspicions any time soon.

The major factor was the really poor performance by the Pakistan wicketkeeper Akmaal in the second innings. Three times dropped Huseey, who then took the tail on to get the 175 lead.

Quite comical, three times Kaneria spun it onto the edge of Hussey's bat, three times the ball goes straight into the gloves and drops out. Once he has three goes to stop it spilling to the ground, and fails.

"Iron Gloves" does not quite describe it.

Get Hussey early, Aussies don't have a chance to set a target.

and I see, he dropped him early today as well. 4 drops of the same player by the keeper.
