Title: kk v fish and a tighty
Post by: AgentChip109 on January 05, 2010, 03:05:45 AM
serialkiller is bit of a fish, min raises a lot when folded to him and plays pretty aggro on flop and turn. havent heard much from 8judgejules8, which makes him tight. about 20mins previous he 4 bet me pre and we got it in KK v AA which he held. thats the only hand he has shown down
hows my line and and wots our thoughts?

do we not think he would 5 bet AA though considering another player in the pot??

I've not a clue what to think here really.

God knows what serialkiller is up to. Cold calling that 4bet preflop is pretty funky, as is the small lead on the flop.

And judgejules, I don't think he has AA. He'd surely 5bet pre (though i guess it does turn his hand faceup if he's tight) to get this pot heads up. I then thought maybe QQ/JJ/TT based on the preflop play but I don't think he would be shoving this flop with those hands given the action.

Even though I think he would raise pre I think AA is still in his range here. Either that or he was getting funky preflop with 66/44/33 and decided to setmine against your 4bet. And even then we have serialkiller to worry about. I fold here.

Depends how good he is. If he plays face up and wants to tell you he has Aces then yes. Interesting to know a tight player is willing to 3bet an UTG raise at 1+UTG with anything less than Queens here. I guess Queens is the only hand he could shove the flop with that you beat. I don't see how he has flopped a set as surely he flats 44/66/33 pre. The only hand I can figure him for here is Aces or Queens or the highly unlikely case of having the other 2 Kings.

Like the line, guess it's a fold now. Sucks to get KK vs AA vs the same player twice eh

agree, but along same lines, is this a decent bluff spot given pre action, heros polarised (i assume hes not mental) range and hence calling range for flop b/3bai. Just thinking about future spew spots for myself really.

also fwiw its a fold because regs arent felting QQ here unless dynamic is sick and 200bb deep ppl tighten up.
