Title: Return of the "Hitman"
Post by: MPOWER on January 13, 2010, 02:58:28 PM
I don't really know what Ricky Hatton wants to achieve here?

Hope he keeps safe though. after his last outing.

Regards

M

The original and undoubtedly the greatest "hitman".

Now that would be a proper comeback.

I heard that Mike Tyson was on WWE the other day, actually wrestling. Getting desperate.

Regarding TCP's comment - why should he give up?

What is it with boxers that makes them carry on fighting when they know their best days are well behind them?

This is more to do with Ricky Hatton Promotions than anything else. He wants to be a top promotor but doesn't have any top boxers in his stable so he's promoting his own fight.

Cant help but feel after reading his book he just falls out with everyone he knows, works with or is related to. Vince didn't the right thing exactly but it was better than what was agreed imo.

Anywho yeah Ricky Hatton is fat.

Boredom. Boxers get it worse than any sportsman when they retire, they are so used to discipline, regime and more time in the gym than most other atheletes, when they retire they have no idea what to do with themselves, thats why Frank Bruno has gone loopy.

You only have to look at Calzaghe right now when he makes a TV appearance, he looked uncomfortable and bored shitless. He looked like he was going to fall asleep on soccer AM. I reckon he will announce his comeback in 2010, you heard it here first.

Also Bret screwed Bret.

Seriously- he is fucking huge.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/8480505.stm

Watching Andy Murray- surely his weight ballooning as it is and then losing it back isn't what being a sportsman is about. He looks ridic. Dunno why he's so popular

Please, please just retire Ricky. I can't see anything good coming from him fighting on.
